About the EIF

Social Impact, Skills & Human Capital

A successful financial ecosystem invests in its people. Diversity and inclusion create space for a greater variety of perspectives – and diverse perspectives lead to stronger, more sustainable financial ecosystem.

That means equipping EU citizens and businesses with the skills of tomorrow, keeping talent at home rather than pushing it abroad, and promoting the vast creativity in Europe’s cultural and creative sectors. It also means building affordable housing and tackling the crisis we face today.

In 2025, we continued to push for a European economy that is inclusive, solidary and can create opportunities for everyone, no matter which corner of Europe they call home.
