The package of InvestEU products - whether debt, equity or capacity building investments - is structured in a manner which gives the thematic focus main stage. Financial Intermediaries are able to apply to one or more Guarantee products (or Thematic Strategies under the Equity product) depending on their business focus and strategy.

Apply for the Guarantee Products

If you are a Financial Intermediary interested in applying to one or more of the InvestEU Guarantee products, please follow the steps below.

As InvestEU is an EU-backed programme, an important action point for Financial Intermediaries will be to propose concrete measures to facilitate access to finance for various types of final recipients. Please refer specifically to the Enhanced Access to Finance Measures as detailed within the Call for Expression of Interest documentation.
